Keepers can't access this fruit spike in an outdoor/indoor habitat, any possible way to work around this?

I have been working on a cute reptile house and I wanted to make an indoor and outdoor enclosure for the first reptile, I chose a galapagos tortoise and so far I been liking my progress and I think it's coming out quite pretty even though I'm playing in Sandbox I would still like the option for my tortoises to eat fruit spike outdoors, tried a guest gate and it didn't work as well.
For some reason, I can't upload a screenshot, it says the image is too big which is a shame cuz I would have liked to share it so I just drew the layout in procreate, it's nothing too fancy really

Is there a physical door in the way? If so, your animals and keepers won't be able to pass. You could try using the PVC curtain piece we got, which kinda fits the purpose of a door and allows animals/keepers to enter and exit

Okayy I actually compressed the screenshot so I can better show off the habitat, as you can see there are mini holes for the tortoises to freely enter and exit as they please though I will try to implement the curtain into this habitat in a way that suits me, unfortunate you can't place another gate but saw somewhere engine limits and what not.

Then here is where the gate is placed! I just wanted to show it off, and if anyone has any tips to make this habitat come more alive that would be nice I wouldn't mind any tips, still fairly new to this and I'm just playing Planet Zoo to release the stress from my college courses.

Those openings are too small for a keeper to walk through them. You must use the wall piece with the door shape.

Try like this, with the door piece or the arch piece, but give enough height for the keeper to fit.

It worked , question tho if i put like vines hanging on this door would that count as a hitbox and not allow for the keepers to enter, I'm kind of confused which plants have a hitbox that can be passed through and what not.

I'd experiment. If it works, fantastic. If not, then just do something different

I don't know about the vines, you can just try. If you press H and open the heatmaps menu, you can see the traversable area for staff. That's useful to see if the keeper can get to an enrichment item.

Also, if you want to cover that big opening, you can put the pvc curtain sunk into the piece and colour it all black. The keepers and the animals can walk thrugh that pvc curtain piece.
