It's so cloudy when the sun comes out, the dogs bark at itPeople say that it's always raining in Scotland. This is not true. Sometimes it snows.

I hear that about England usually.
When 50mph gales and rain hit the south of England the BBC go into national disaster mode, for Mole it's perfect weather for a pleasant summer stroll.I hear that about England usually.

Well my last post about mosquitoes /end derailing: Certain friend of mine had nice experience when he was doing his national service in Finnish Navy. He was serving in coastal troops, basically infantry but under navy command. At end of service there typically is big wargames, where they test everything servicemen have learned. His wargames happened in summer, at some island. Well he told me that when they were on troopship ready to land on that island, at nighttime, ship turned on its powerfull searchlights. Light cone stopped in something that at first looked like fog. Untill they got nearer. Then they realised what that "fog" was. Mosquitoes. A LOT of mosquitoes. At that point my friend knew it would be very fun week in wargames at island....Got it. I never thought Scotland was so damp. Finland, yes, with all the water bodies.
Do you mean… Macbeth? Its like when in Blackadder someone mentions the Scottish play.
Heh, that fits like a fist into the eye. As it happens my current earworm is "Walking On Sunshine" and now I'm wondering why Katrina walked "on" it and not "in" it.Not much snow in England most of the time. When it does snow it usually quickly turns into brown slush.
When it does fall heavily enough to stick, then the whole country comes to a standstill because we don't know what to do about it.
Meanwhile, here in Tbilisi, yesterday was a lovely 22 degrees. Was walking around town in a t-shirt.
No, the bag has to go over my head if you want me to make love with Star Citisnt.Maybe it was in a bag?
Thank LoD, no. I always get nauseous in these things.Better make it a three bagger, just in case.
Have they fixed the trains and/or elevators yet?
Do you mean… Macbeth?
I backed the game because I thought it was super cool to be able to spawn his ship in your personal hangar and be able to walk around it, get into it, placing aquarium and hangar decorations,
So I started buying lots of ships so I could move in greycat between them in my hangar, then I bought capital ships that I could line up in my hangar and watch my fleet from above.
But 8 years later none of these ships are ingame and they even removed the hangar module.
This thread is fun...

honestly few years back I just played Elite and told myself that engineering isn't bad enough, I need a much worse, more badder experience but not as a game loop but rather the whole experience and here I am few years in, still in love.
