List of Animal Rigs. What we Have... What is Needed?

Alrighty then, y'all, here's the situation. In a perfect world, we'd get a hypothetical AnimalMaker Toolkit, allowing players to make their own species and add them to the game, similar to the Toolkit from Planet Coaster.

Of course, to have the best selection ever, Frontier will likely need to provide us with enough different rigs to make as many species as we can.

So, what rigs do we have?
What is needed?

Sloth (new rig)
Porcupine (may use the beaver’s rig but still needs spikes animation)
Hare (new rig)
Springhare (new rig)
Aye aye (new rig)
Arboreal rodent like NA porcupine (new rig)
Tassie (new rig)
Tree kangaroo (new rig)
Large ground civet (new rig)
Fossa (may use some cats animation but not quite)
Wolverine (new rig)
Baboon (may use mandrill rig but needs new animation)
Gerenuk (may use gazelle rig but needs back leg standing animation)
Serval (may use the Caracal rig but needs jumping animation)
Sloth bear (may use bear animation but not quite, would introduce new cubs piggy back animation)
Coati (new rig)
Kinkajou/honey bear (new rig)
Manatee (new rig and mechanic)
Echidna (new rig)
Honey badger (may use badger rig but needs a lot of new animation)
Père David’s deer (may use the moose rig but needs new aquatic and dressing up antlers animation)
Somali wild ass (May use the zebra róg but needs new sounds and animation)
More ground dwelling birds: storks, pelican, Secretary Bird, ibis, spoonbill, Argus phesant, duck, swan, ground hornbill, Shoebill (edit) , Guinea fowl, turkey, kiwi…

Great idea for a thread 👌🏽

Kinkajou/honey bear (new rig)
I could see the binturong rig being used with extra animation.

Serval (may use the Caracal rig but needs jumping animation)
Wait the caracal doesn't have a jump animation? (I don't own the Grasslands Animal Pack so I do not know.) The caracal could also benefit from the jump animation as well.

Otherwise these are new rigs (or animations since that is what I usually bring up) I believe we would need in addition to what nutrit listed:

Cobras (an animation with the frill/neck-flattening would be needed)
Tiny tortoises that are better suited for exhibits such as the padloper and the Egyptian tortoise (new rig)
Limbless lizards (new rig)
Giant salamanders (new rig)
Limbless or tiny limbed amphibians such as caecilians, amphiumas, sirens (new rig)
Frill-necked lizard (This animal will need an animation of its frills opening)
Possum, Cuscus, and Opossum (could use binturong rig but it would need a pouch birth rig akin to the koala (which I could not find in the OP unless it belongs to another animal). Extra work might be needed for opossums which carry multiple babies at once unlike cuscus and possum.)
Sifakas (definitely need a new rig)
Spider monkeys (new rig)
Sea otter (would need new animation for floating on its back and using rocks to crack open shellfish.)
Bush dog (would need a new animation for their "iconic" handstand marking as shown below. Image credit goes to its respective owner)

This is what I was able to come up with so far...

EDIT: I guess nutrit may have intended to bring up shoebill amongs the wading birds but instead seems to have listed spoonbill twice. But I guess it's better if @nutrit confirms this themself.

You are right my friend, thanks 🤩

In the reptiles category I auve some additions

An aboreal monitor
A lot of lizards climb trees and we got no animations for that. A Lace monitor or crocodile monitor would imo be the best choice.

Tegu?
Is fairly different to monitor lizards but could probably use the aboreal monitor rig and vice versa.

Freshwater Turtle
Be it a arrau River, pig nosed, snake necked or softshelled a rig for this would be amazing.

Sea turtle
I don't really want them in the game. Just thought I'd mention them while I'm here.

Smaller Tortoise
Definitley the least needed her but something like a Radiated or leopard Tortoise moves very and has very different proportions to our Giant Tortoise varieties.

Also I think for existing rigs you could split into large crocs and caimans cause their rigs are definitkey different for their proportions. Only if you want to though. Hope you liked my suggestions.

The Aye Aye and Sifaka; why can't they just modify the ones we have? Also feel like the Tree Kangaroo could work with the Red Panda or Binturong rigs; again, with appropriate changes.
Sifaka and aye aye i could see but tree kangaroos move very differently. I assume you haven't seen one in the wild before. They actually bounce around like kangaroos do.
