Thanks guys for the info about the carriers with the bits sticking out. Actually, I did see those options in the carrier management screen a while back but forgot about them. I've had another look and have now seen them again. Maybe I'll apply some to my carrier when I've accumulated enough ARX, purely for the visual improvement but I'm in no great rush right now, as long as my carrier does what I want it to do.
I bought an Anaconda the other day and here she is, sitting on the top of my carrier (minus all the bits sticking out.) Other than removing the supercruise assist and fitting a standard docking computer, I've so far not done anything else re the loadout but I will get around to it at some point.
I'm very happy if you can't see the Anaconda in the screenshot by the way, as I applied the camouflage paint job so at least it will show that it works.
I did a quick test flight with her and went to visit another carrier parked in the same system as mine and not far away. This carrier had everything possible included - Concourse Bar, Pioneer Supplies, the lot.
All very nice for the visuals, but I doubt I'll be applying any of those options to mine any time soon, not because of the extra upkeep expense but because I don't fancy lugging all that stuff around the galaxy and consuming all that extra fuel. I'm quite happy right now with what I have - ie Vista, Cartographics and the three Rs.

Ah sry was mid-edit, fixed up now - was trying to remember / transcribe the text from the pic... i'm not so sure it is the message "body" as the title that could be a further clue here - looks like a (somewhat scrambled) system / body reference possibly?

Exactly what I thought and started trawling through systems beginning with E... too many and nothing jumped out at me. Needs a bigger brain than mine
Sneakily they have given a first letter and then apparently the last letters of the system name - ie: so it can't be found easily via galaxy map search bar... so what it really needs is a crossword / scrabble dictionary search** ;]
*...ah there are E-1 & E-2 Carinae - but the tail letters don't match ofc
**ie: of ED system names - i wonder who'd have something like that... Canonn?
***well i tried EA to EZ in the search bar and nothing ending in anything resembling "ENGHY" cropped up... hmmm ;p

Apparently, the message is different in different languages so phonetics must come into play.Phonetic transcription? Any systems sound like ENGY or NGY? Maybe Ngai?

Just did a medium CZ with my new toy. Close up, it's a one-shot machine although I'd hoped for better with the increased range mod. It runs out of ammo quick too.
This was an experimental get-the-feel-of-it run so now it's on to high CZ's for a proper workout.

Well anything patterned on a side by side shotgun has to be ammunition limited, even in cowboy serials shotguns would run out of ammunition even if a six gun never would.
