For some unknown reason...Steam keeps recommending those type of games for me too...usually something with NFSW in the description
You can actually tell Steam not to show you NSFW stuff. By default, this setting is on.

Well, I've never knowingly turned it off if there is such a switch...apart from disabling the one that seems determined to limit you to only Fortnite or Minecraft
