Same; I looked in-game and online for the HUD symbols at least and wasn't able to find them (especially those bottom 2 HUD ones!) and would really appreciate anyone who could point to where these are, bonus points for an in-game location that has a comprehensive list of them!

The following video explains most of the HUD symbology. It's part of a series on combat, but that doesn't matter. Combat just adds a couple additional elements. The rest is exactly the same.

Which bottom 2 HUD ones?
The "one free pass for restricted area" and "one free pass for weapon drawn" ones.
Oh, those. Yeah, I don't know if they're documented anywhere. I figured them out through good old trial and error.
I noticed last night that the "gold medallion" symbol appears when I've got the scanner out, regardless of whether it's on the legitimate bounty-scan mode or the illegal, profile-cloning mode. So it simply seems to indicate a person or corpse you can scan, whether or not you already have. Which is a pretty useless thing to signify, unless you have trouble identifying what a human being looks like.
Confirmed, that's just to indicate you have the scanner out, or holstered last. The arc cutter's symbol is there instead when that's out or holstered last.
The loadout selection panel also shows what tools are available using icons at the top-right.
Similar plea, as I can't seem to find the explanation elsewhere. What are these suit power-usage symbols?
The (lit) temperature one makes sense (suit is using power to compensate for too hot/cold external temperature), as does the jump one (recharging boost jet), but what are the others?
O2 is presumably normal life support/air, I guess the "eye" is for Night vision, but what are the rest? Shield? What's the one to the left of that?
