Discovered secret message on the audio of a Guardian beacon!

I hear "Wuuuuuuum-bjjjjjjjjeeeeewwwwwww-wuuuuuuuuum-bjjjjjjjjjeeeeeewwwwww-click-wuuuuuuuuuum-bjjjjjjjjeeeeeeeeewwwwww", which I believe is Guardian for "Brothers, we are floating in space without ranch dressing. Send ranch dressing. We need the ranch dressing."

That's why I said I am just the guy who recorded the audio. I don't have a theory. I never said I have a theory about this.
Most of the replies seem to be directed toward the OP. Your posts were apparently only quoted for context.

That's how I see it anyhow. Everyone's perception is a little different tho...

It's also unlikely that the guardians would speak English as noted by others here. Also the game developers have always taken the approach that aliens are alien and using English would be a departure from that philosophy. Anything English in game is usually translated to other languages so you would expect different audio for French speakers.
Not wanting to get into an argument but just want to play devil's advocate for a second.

Why is it that thargoid probes, after scanning our ships, send out a description of that chip using Morse code?

I have a feeling that FD decided that some alien language would be next to impossible to figure out and use things we understand. Things like normal English language usage, use of Morse code which couldn't possibly exist when thargoids were floating around in space.

I would just mark it down to something called conventionalization.

I would love this to be true, and we know that FDev do like to include puzzles and such in the game. However I hear nothing in this file that is recognizable as speech to me and I also have some experience in sound treatment. I feel that if FDev were to do something like this they would make it so that after what ever treatment was applied it would be much clearer and recognizable to anyone who heard it. We are creatures of pattern recognition and our brains do try to make some sense of things we see and hear but it doesn't mean that our brains always get it right

I think some of you miss the point here.
This post is about apreciating Fdev sound team work. ( a possitive feedback)
Not fancy teorys, specialy not religion (@varonica).
First of all, im not presenting a teroy (so i dont have to prove anything), i only presented facts as they apeared to me, and sharing all the info i got in a trasnparent way. (someting that most of you probably dont do).
I even try to help people achieving the same result, explaining the best i can. ( as you can se with LCU No Fool Like One) As i belive in a comun goal here. ( i know that not all of you may have a trained ear so i dont judge. but i dont like you judge me)

I dont make you belive, i dont care if you do ither... im just sharing information.
(the only reason why i came whith this to this forum as so Fdev could have direct acess to it) And only them can say if this is a real think added to the game or not)
I also shared all my steps so you can retrace and do the same. (if you dont whant the spectrograf img dont use it).

I can assume most of you dont have a trained hearing, thats fine. but dont go jumping to the conclusion that its a case of Pareidolia.
(this would imply we all need to do control tests for audio sencetivity, ect. wich i dont mind doing at all,
but then keep in ming i will start to ignore your opinion if your score is lower than me, just like you are doing now by dismissing this as a Pareidolia case) @Helmut Grokenberger.
Insted of arguing if its true or not, why dont you help gathering recording samples from other sites? maybie we can validate it maybie not... ultimatly only Fdev can setle this score i guess.

@rootsrat rat
im not shure since this is ambient sound, if it would change from language to language as djadjok pointed out.

I agree with you, how ever i spent 2,5h trying to clean the noises. witch you can do even more if you spend more time on it or use better software like scpectron layers ... witch i dont have atm. but fill free to try and post your version of the audio i will check it out if you do. and give you my trasparent opinion.

I guess i covered some questions... so mutch hapen when i was asleep.

Didnt read the description, only listened to the audio.

I dont hear it.

Its a bunch of noises that could be heard as something if you want to but in the end this is just ... noises.
Ok try this file insted i added a more agressive filtering, no more grinding sounds. but half of the message is lost

I completely agree regarding the Frontier sound department, their work is amazing and massively enhances the game experience on every level. I also wasn't having a go at you in any way and do appreciate the amount of time and effort you've put into this. My point is simply that after all the work you have done I hear nothing at all like you describe hearing, if I thought there was even the smallest chance that something was actually there I would happily invest time in it.

have you checked the last file i uploaded ? the one named "agrassive filter", please see if its more clear now.

Are the Guardian structures static or adaptive? Are they driven by AI / quasi AI?

Do the messages / glyphs and their respective frequency change as time and events pass in the game?

I just listened to the latest one multiple times while looking at the image with the dialogue and I'm sorry to say but all I can hear is a heavily filtered, compressed repeating sound that to my ears sounds pretty much identical each repeat with some variation introduced by the warble and remaining frequency artifacts. I'm sorry mate, I could be wrong but I really think if they had put a message in there it would have been much clearer after the processing you've done.
