In this case, if it was custom art, then yeah, it should be copyrighted. If I posted art and somebody else used it, I would've wanted them to at least ask me 1st

I am not against copyright laws. I think they're important because then people will just steal everything.
Most are ok if you use their stuff as long as you ask their permission and mention them

Here's my ideas of future anniversary animals.
  1. African leopard (hardly anymore theme ideas of African and savanna animals for DLC pack)
  2. Dromedary camel
That's all I can think of. The rest of the wanted ones probably have theme ideas.

If they want to give a African Leopard as free gift, they can keep it, then I hope there is a way to NOT being able to accept the "gift"

Of all animals frontier can give for free, African Leopards, European Brown Bears or Asiatic Lions they can keep, I want an option to not receive such cheap-copy clone animal as a free gift even, there are a trillion better options

Also they should remake the african lion and both brown bear models as they look really ugly now compared to other animals

Frontier gave two gifts, the red deer is amazing, the lemur is a clone I never use, so getting one of these cheap copies is 50/50% chance

The EBB is pretty important, so if we were to get it a lot of people would be happy, especially since the HBB is relatively useless...

To me it is pretty non-imporant, and it would make me angry if we get such a cheap copy gift, it's like getting socks for christmas.

Understandable. But there are countless players that do hope it comes. It'll help flesh out Europe and add something that's clearly missing from that region.
Considering that it would be free, that only makes it better.

However, I'd prefer another species myself, like the ABB or dromedary camel

I think there are more players that would be disappointed or even angry like myself, if we get a third clone in the game, they would be happier if they just re-do the model of the grizzly and renamed the himalayan brown bear into European Brown Bear, but keep the model, they aren't much appart spare for the name anyway.

While that's the preferred option, I honestly doubt that Frontier would ever do that. They've changed names before, but only for more specific species (African elephant > African bush elephant).

In this case, the HBB requires more than a simple rename: they'd need to change the zoopedia, update its habitat preferences, update the conservation status, and update its distribution map.

While it seems simple on paper, I doubt that Frontier would do that

Modders do it all the time for free as well, I think Frontier should do that before they ever spoil my beautiful game with a third clone brown bear, of give me the option to ignore such update so I don't have to download it.

I know I commented way back about having some clones of the more iconic basic species (Giraffe, Zebra, etc) but there's some other ideas I've been carrying around - apologies if they're already mentioned by someone else, which likely they may be:

IF Frontier does start to implement birds in the new Exhibits, depending on what, some type of bird or multiples of a bird group. I know this isn't going to happen really, but my dream on that would be a four set of Macaws. If we got the Toucan and Bald Eagle in packs, those would cover my most basic needs. I'm really starting to think even the most iconic birds won't make it to exhibits.

I've mentioned elsewhere, but if they have totally moved on from the standard exhibit system in DLCs, getting a two pack of Cobra or Chameleon would also be an option. I think it's a strong possibility we might get one of the two, but I can dream here, since the work involved in standard exhibit animals is much much less than habitat animals.

Last year has shown that it must Not BE a complete Clone and even Not similar to a Base Game animal.
But I would say that the Wild Boar could be a cool Birthday animal. Or a Bear Like American Black Bear or Sloth Beat (I expect the Spectacled Bear in a DLC).

I think either bolivian squirrel monkey or grey crowned crane/ white stork are nice options. Would definetly apeace some of the rioters :D
