It's okay because the game is unfinished and not good, so people pay MUCH more to "reward" the developer into making a good game hopefully some day, it's normal and not gas lighting and if you know about game development GTA and RDR2 were made the same way.

Funnily in some french forum people are wondering why they never finish - let alone deliver tier-0 - old jpegs. That's why.

I think that's now things work in the future, Star Citizen is very realistic.
