Can't delete buildings on sandbox

So, I've spent 400 hours builidng my park and am now stuck, i can't delete the staff buildings. Moving them ANYWHERE gives me "Terrain constraints". I have


Reinstalled the game

Used Multiple demolish

Disabled staff

Disabled Operations building limit.


Any assistance on this dumb bug

I have never encountered this. Usually terrain constraints affect the placement of a building, not the removal of one.

Questions:
- Is there water nearby? I know water causes wonky things to happen with constraints.

- Can you provide a screenshot of the buildings you are attempting to remove?

Screenshot quality is too high to be allowed on the forums, ZERO water as far as im aware ( held X in the area for 20 mins)
