Yeah, also just for reference and perspective, Elizabeth Holmes raised around 800$ millions with Theranos over the years. Chris Roberts so far has allegedly raised around 600$ million.

In addition to messing with seriously high profile individuals’ money and reputations, she also made the mistake of going into a business that could directly impact people’s lives and health if mismanaged, whereas Chris Roberts is just making a video game with nerds money.

The thing is her company didn't just lie, there were a lot of evidence their tech didn't work and gave a lot of false results, all evidence to sue her with. I wonder if they'd gone ahead and sue her if her company had never produced a product . CIG is pretty secure in that aspect.

Very curious the previous steps chosen by the marketing team for SQ42: lot of promises, overblown feature announcements, hype, years of silence, beta announcement, beta breach, unjustified delay, excuses, blaming the customer, new years of silence, close the sales page...

I'd like to add that I personally enjoy using Theranos' product, and therefore it can't be a scam!
