Here we agree 100%, taking this current build at face value I enjoy it a lot, but when remembering the entire money and time frame yes it is unacceptable and out right ridiculous.

Also back then, players moved in a different way and had different outfits. Then NPC's started levitating. Then players became eyeballs. NPC's became invisible, NPC's flashed in and out of existence depending on your angle, and then they started raining from the sky.

Dunno what state of the art standard is in videogames but to me looks decent especially comparing with blurry low res console optimize AAA games I had displeasure to play recently. Can it be better - hell yeah!
