ED is also pretty much the embodiment of WW2 combat in space. That poster has literally no clue what he's talking about. What the hell?

Well I do think poster has some idea. Elite ships have rather more tricks than any WW2 plane when it comes to flying. (Messing up with thrusters, semi-newtonian flight availability, like flying backwards and shooting with forward weaponry...)ED is also pretty much the embodiment of WW2 combat in space. He says ED was the total opposite to WW2 style - that is pretty much total cluelessness to me. He's just there to troll.Well I do think poster has some idea. Random generator. Though ChatGPT would probably make a decent job at creating tech gibberish that means nothing.l"Quantum obstacles for Generic Shapes were also physicalized and passed to the Engine team for integration."
Who writes this stuff?

People who know the project will never see a release.
sorry to ask you, but exploring what exactly?

In this example he autopilots your ship into dock.....(or was it how he guides money into his accounts?)

Looks like he's having a lot of fun with Star Citizen.

The paid ship database is completely disconnected from the game, so it cannot be corrupted. Which is why things are re-entitled each new patch and then things earned in game are restored from LTP. You are playing a game in development so yes things earned in game can be wiped and you are warned every time you launch it. But as I said, you can do pretty much all kinds of gameplay with a starter ship so there is no big requirement to grind for anything. If you are not happy with that, either align your mindset to be realistic or don't play an Alpha in active development.
Pyro hasn't been added because of the core tech, which they just hit the second biggest milestone for in 3.18. Trying to compare that to them confirming that a ship with be available to buy in-game in 3.20 just shows how disingenuous you're willing to be because of this vitriol you're pushing.
They will not give dates on anything until it is finalised and they are happy with it, it will then be added to the delivery view once it has passed its review, which is not on a fixed timeline as additional refinements or tweaks may be necessary as may issues being resolved. Not sure what is so hard for people to understand about this.
- It's not supposed to answer "when", they do not want to do that because it is variable and subject to change and people in this community are like children in their ability to deal with that and take it seriously. However, if you actually consistently read them and don't just look for "when" then it gives a lot of indications as to the state and progress considering that things have moved from being developed first, to many thing being implemented into the wider environment for testing, refinement and balancing. Does that tell you exactly how far it is, no, but it's not meant to and anyone trying to use it for that only has themselves to blame.
- This statement is just baseless and only shows an emotional response, not an evidence based one. Again, if your basis for thinking what is written is accurate is based on them answering "when" then you have yourself to blame. They have shown off many aspects they talked about at Citizencon and others from the AI team were even implemented. There is plenty of evidence that it is an accurate representation of what they are working on, and zero evidence that what is written is not accurate.
Actually use the monthly reports for what they are meant to do, provide insight and detail into what is being worked on, and not use it to answer something you want it to answer. It has a huge amount of value and the only people who dispute that are either disingenuous, are using lazy excuses to not make an effort to inform themselves or are so steeped in vitriol that they just do not care what is true and just want validation for that.
