During the last few weeks I have sent Frontier two business enquiries to query@frontier.co.uk.
Unfortunately, I have not received an answer yet. Of course, I fully understand that a reply can take a while - but I haven't even received a confirmation that they received my mail successfully (which worries me a bit). Can you tell me how I can/should contact Frontier?
My question:
Some of you have your own YouTube channel where you post Planet Zoo content.
Does this need Frontier's permission? I would like to avoid infringing on Frontier's copyright.
In addition, the videos should serve as part of an animal-related knowledge base of a professional (while completly free) kids' app.
Licences may be necessary here, but I fear only Frontier will be able to say that.
