Fall DLC 2023 Speculation

If I was CEO of Frontier…

We would get a Children’s Zoo DLC in the fall

We would get the Gray Crowned Crane for the Anniversary Animal

We would get a Mountain DLC this winter

Support would continue into next year

We would get a Humid Pack in the Spring

A Marine Pack in the Summer

Cue Road Trip in late August/September in between DLC releases with 2 weeks of new free animals released every day

A Safari Pack in the Fall

Annivesery Animal is Desert Bighron Sheep

Release Avian Pack in the winter, along with Grand Finale Free Update with requested animals and mechanics before support ends.


Then I’d make PZ2!

Some DLC slots are reserved for that kind of animals. After 14 DLCs we know that.

Possible animals for my hypothetical road trip? Maybe add Gray Fox, African Leopard, Harbor Seal, Wild Boar, American Black Bear, White-Tailed Deer and North American River Otter

Yup, I'm thinking it's like 2 slots for animal pack and 1 for scenery pack going to clone/very close to clone animals, maybe even 1 more per each than that. And then another slot or 2 for similar but not clone/near clones. So really only 1 or 2 really different/unique animals per Scenery Pack and 3 to 4 per animal pack.

This is why the Arid pack was not a good roster to me. Though I've warmed up to it (pun maybe intended). But the Porcupine was the only animal we got that was really different so good bit of a lower number on average than I'd hope to see for an animal pack.

Agreed and even though I can understand the time spent on the porcupine resulted in less time for others, they still could’ve chosen animals that were clones, but were different from eachother, coyote is a wolf clone, spurred tortoise is a clone form Aldabra, I can’t see any reason why they didn’t do more choices like these.

Oh I apologise for saying a new gazelle (since the base game) and the more common wildebeest in zoos is a better addition to my vast collection of African habitats than some birds. In this regard birds like the secretary bird or african crowned crane add the same appeal.
