Imagine somebody comes wishing we didn't get birds or primates, only a weird gray wolf subspecies and the forest elephant
I hope this gets added to PZ1. It feels like something they would add at the end as part of the farewell.

As if the majority of people here wouldn't buy it tomorrow no matter what it was.
JWE2 barely changed anything from the first game. It added aviaries and lagoons, some new behaviours and new ways to create dinosaurs, and a wider range of content, but in terms of gameplay it was pretty much the same, and it still sold pretty damn well.
IMO all PZ2 needs to succeed at this point is flying birds in customisable aviaries. If it can achieve that, it will sell.
Disagree, JWE2 is leagues better than JWE1. We’ve gotten so much more customization like the new attractions in the last updates. And Aviaries and Lagoons are pretty big changes in themselves. All foliage on all maps, GIANT SQUARE MAPS which are so so so much better than the maps in the first game.
I would like the Tibetan Sand Fox! That guy is the canine version of the Pallas' Cat. I love it!
So you're saying if the only things that changed between PZ1 and PZ2 were new exhibits and new maps you'd consider it "leagues better" and buy it? Because it already has the rest of that (customisation, all foliage, etc.).
I must be in the minority, I hated jwe2 completely. I think i lasted 90 minutes before I returned to the first one, I know it's based on the other film but it just didn't feel like an improvement.
Same. Tried to get into two times the first week and found it frustrating. I returned it and got a refund as i made sure to keep playtime under 2 hours (3 minutes short of it lol) the second play round I realized I would never enjoy it
You’re comparing two completely different games in terms of customization. Planet Zoo is meant to have complete customization with thousands of pieces and foliage, JWE2 isn’t. They both have their own improvements that are completely different from eachother. To put it simply, people generally want Planet Zoo to have more animals, animal mechanics (birds, flying), people generally want JWE2 to have more attractions and customization. Two very different games with different demands.
I'll admit that I bought it, too, but my laptop didn't let it work so I returned it.
Tried it again a little while later on the Xbox, and even though I was a little disappointed at first, now I believe it's much better than JWE1.
Part of it is also because I'm a Jurassic fan, so knowing that all the canon species could make it In-Game officially kinda excited me (although we're still missing Microceratus, Spinoceratops, and Smilodon)
Same I bought it on my laptop and the graphics were really bad, I still played it but it was kinda eh. Then when I got an Xbox and realized it was on sale I bought and it was so much more fun to play, my favourite thing is take pictures of the creatures.
It's even better when you connect a mouse and keyboard to it. Feels like a computer game
They’re definitely gonna have all or most of the animals from dlc in the game already
