I use a HOTAS with a lot of custom binds, etc., that I want to move from my old coal burner to my new almost-a-Maserati comp. Is there a list posted anywhere as to what to grab and move into the new digs?

Here are some places:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\
(There are also a load of other directories in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\ - I don't know if you can just copy those into a new installation - maybe someone with more knowledge can chip in on that.)
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
There are also your user config files but I think that / those might need to be created by the launcher (and confusingly there seems to be two directories of these now * ).

Yep, I read that post right off the bat, and it was also helpful, but since I was moving the game to an entirely new rig I figured there were other files to be migrated, and there were. I did a test session last night, out in the deep black with my fleet, and mined about 150T of triitum with the game set to Ultra visuals, and it's running smooth as glass, and looks stunning!
