I like the idea of a potential South America 2, but for naming, I'd go with:
Latin America animal pack. That way it can include Central America, too...
That or Land of Silver animal pack; Argentina means land of silver (well technically, made of silver). But people may not know what that means, so it makes the pack sound fancy and regal

Some possibilities I could see:
- Central America or Latin America Pack
- Iberian Pack (Iberian Peninsula)
- Eurasia Pack
- India Pack
- Middle East or Central Asia Pack
Does anyone want South America 2 to be a scenery pack?
I like a scenery pack better honestly, it may have less animals but we get Latin America scenery, and we know scenery packs do better overall so maybe it would help the financial? Plus SA is hard to complete without repeating 2 types of animals (2 birds, 2 monkeys)
Spider Monkey as the lead, Ocelot, a species of bird (my choice would be scarlet ibis), and one wildcard (SA tapir, tamandua, coati, Mara, whatever) and a Two Toed Sloth as the WTE.

Oceania as a region includes Australia. Latin America as a region includes South America. Easily done.
Please let it be an animal pack, South America really needs it.
I honestly think they just had Oceania to acknowledge the fact they were all Oceanian animals…
I'm split 50/50 on south america. A scenery pack will most likely include more unique animals and a bunch of scenery items that I could really use to help spice up my tropical areas. The scenery items seen in the Oceania pack are absolutely amazing filling many gaps in the scenery selection i was needing. But then an animal pack will help improve the rather dire situation that south america is in, probably the only way to include more than one primate.
Even if it were an animal pack, do we really think we’re gonna get more than one monkey?
Honestly no, as much as I want to believe otherwise.
I'm not against it, personally. But, genuine question: what other SA scenery could we get? The South America pack kinda already gave us Mayan, Incan, and Aztec scenery.
About animals, I don't think it'll be too difficult to make an animal pack:
- Brazilian tapir
- South American coati
- Kinkajou
- Greater rhea
- Spectacled bear
- Ocelot
- Jaguarundi
- Culpeo fox
- Tamandua
- Scarlet ibis
- Patagonian mara
- Spider monkey
- Bald uakari
- Howler monkey
- Squirrel monkey
- 2nd capuchin

While it was likely due to the theme of why they did that, there still isn't any reason why we wouldn't get 2 animal packs in a row
Yeah that’s true I just would rather get 200+ scenery pieces than 3 SA animals which I wouldn’t really need.
yeah YOU would rather, i think a general consensus is more SA animals and i dont think most of the community would mind two animal packs if we get some of the higher requested animals in potential highlands and remaining SA representation
Fair enough, I just don’t think they would do animal packs back to back. but I was wrong about the temperate pack, wrong about two birds, third times the charm.
Temperate islands just doesn't have the same ring lol
Im normaly in favor of scenery packs but SA is the one theme i really want to be an animal pack.
On the Animal pack back to back question:
I dont think and hope thats never gonna happen. Its just to long of a time for the builder side of the community to get anything.
