What regional packs could we expect?

Im normaly in favor of scenery packs but SA is the one theme i really want to be an animal pack.
On the Animal pack back to back question:
I dont think and hope thats never gonna happen. Its just to long of a time for the builder side of the community to get anything.
Not that the builder side already had a full year of standard DLC and that they do get 2 DLC every year, so they're already ahead of animal packs😅

Yeah but those still have animals in them. So you cant tell me that the animal people suffered through a drought of no new content in the first year.
(and with animal people i mean the players who prefer animal over scenery packs, i think were all into animals here :D )

Let’s be honest. No birds will make it into a WTE. They would’ve done it with this DLC, Oceania has a variety of small birds that would work.

If Latin America is next, it’s two toed sloth time.
Yeah that's the position I've moved to. It's been a full year since the WE yet all we got is small mammals and insects, it's clear the WE is a step between exhibits and habitats , not the 'game changing' bird aviary we have all been waiting for. Another sloth, butterflies, bats or small primates are clearly the next steps for the WE.

or tamarins
I think tamarins in a WTE has potential if frontier does it right (i mean they are awesome with these new packs, so i bet they could)
I think that tamarins and marmosets, because they are so small compared to the other habitat animals we have, should be in WEs. They have such an energetic, arboreal lifestyle that it would fit if they had loops, like the bats. And fortunately, if done right, it can appear as if they don't have loops. To be honest, I know that the butterflies and bats have loops, but I never notice them
Or Seba's short tailed bat lol
I'm not against that, ha ha

What about sugar gliders, flying squirrels, or maybe even flying snakes🤪

The only reason I don’t see it happening is that I would rather get a monkey as a habitat animal like spider monkey, and I don’t think they would have two monkeys in the same pack, regardless of how you house them.

yes please
You ever see them in real-life? We have a tree house up in North Texas in the forest, and they got inside one trip. Well, they were chewing the wood, so we had to get them out; fortunately, they went out in their own. But we saw them gliding through the trees. It was amazing. The only time I've ever seen flying squirrels period

Yeah, true true. But, because of how similar tamarins are to each other, besides color and some changes in their hairstyles, they could also hypothetically get the butterfly treatment. Hypothetically, I mean

we see em very commonly up in northern wisconsin, and at the local zoo
We had one in our house one year, named it rocky

maybe even flying snakes🤪

The same was said about flying animals in general and now we have bats and butterflies. It is a matter of time.

For south america i would also like a two toed sloth, since they need an easy clone in every pack.

I think without question from most, the South American and specifically the Amazon region is in most dire need of additional species. This is so much in agreement at this point that it's no longer a subjective opinion, but is actually objectively correct - that is to say you certainly have a right to disagree with it, but it's definitely going against the majority.

I'm hoping for three more packs at this point and that one of them is South America/Amazon focused.

India would be nice but is not necessary IMO. Can't think of any other regions that really would have enough missing to justify a focused pack.

My thoughts, they would do animal dlcs of areas that have only had builds or don’t need builds
1. South western USA: a Wild West theme has been brought up and this could give the desert animals of the 4 corners and Mexico a chance.
2. A SA animal dlc that can cover ranges from the Andes to the Amazon as plenty of requests from both areas and can cover remaining bases for SA including the Andean Bear and monkeys. Plus it would be a great opportunity to include hummingbirds, I would been very mad if they got lazy and decided to include another sloth as WE.
3. Europe I think can always get covered with other dlcs. Think Middle East, northern Asia, North America, taiga, temperate.
4. Africa. While there are some African animals I still want, I do not want another dlc exclusive to Africa after arid.
5. Asia. Northern Asia/Himalayas could use either animal or build dlc. Would be a great opportunity to make koi ponds as a WE.
6. India has good builds, an animal dlc would be nice to get blackbucks and other missing animals.
7. Australia. I think animals can still be welcomed alongside other animals in a biome or random dlc.
