I was wondering if there is anything that could help me to easily build and share personal equipment builds with others, in the way Coriolis (and some other sites) does for Ships.

Don't think there is apart from sharing a screenshot/text on the boards here.
It would be a nice thing to have though.
EDDiscovery has a "Suits and Weapons" tab that helps a bit.

I guess Elite Dangerous Odyssey Materials Helper could do what you need?
You can copy loadouts from game, create loadouts, apply mods to suits and weapons etc but I don't know if you can share with others*. There is a "copy to clipboard" function, but I'm not sure what it's for? Maybe a link that can be copied to a other EDOMH?

I've had a short peek into the tutorial, but that app feels a little ooverladen and confusing to me.
I would prefer a website that could connect to INARA to get the data, similar to what Coriolis and EDSY do for ships.

Inara's API is focused around bringing data in to Inara. At present there is no capability in the Inara API to share outfitting data with an external website.
You can export the outfitting data of ships to Coriolis or EDSY or export it in SLEF format to whatever site or app uses this.
I tested them right now and they still work.
Fair point though that's really not the same as the API. In any case, you'd need to find or build a website matching whatever format Inara exported the data in.
I can't remember metioning the API, though. But anyway.
I don't have the prowess to make something like this work, but would find it nice to have.
