Market restocks are 10min (since last opening/transaction) and it's the same for all rare goods (only the amounts vary) and other goods that have production. CMM composite from last weeks CG is a good example of a good you have to wait for that doesn't have an inventory cap like rare goods too.

Yes, it's 10 minutes. Sorry, I accidentally got that fixed several rare-good CGs ago, but there was a time when the 10 minute limit was not enforced.
Is it common to see Empire Powerplay NPCs on Sol with bounties on them? Don't think I ever seen that anywhere else. Spotted these two on Sol.

Modern gamers need everything as audio tutorials which FORCE you to look around options, because they cannot find them on their own.
Also, this restock mechanic is issue only for people, which prefer waste multiple hours instead...you know.
Moving, when you bought your stuff. Or even reading things in game. I'm not native speaker, but "rationed" for me definetely sounds like "you cannot buy, and just wait to buy more".

Honestly- I stopped count, how many times I seen rants, that X should be explained in game, only to find...that it is explained in game.
