Does anyone have this same issue as me ?

i do not have such overheat or pc turning hot issues last year

only when i play planet zoo . my pc will turn hot . other apps , game or youtube , facebook and internet no issue at all

Your computer specs do meet the recommended requirements although not to a comfortable margin. There are 3 possible things to check out - Turn down graphic settings to see if this lowers temperatures, check there is no severe buildup of dust inside the computer (if there is cleaning out this dust is recommended) , and lastly your zoo you are playing in might be too big for your computer to handle such as a very large zoo file with lots of guests, habitats and animals.

I also noticed this yesterday. So burning hot. Never had this before. The same laptop I play Planet zoo on for years now

I have a laptop. What if there is a lot of dust/hair inside? I have cats. Is it possible to clean a laptop?
At the very least you can vacuum clean the vents. I think you can open most laptops, maybe google how to proberly open your model

If you notice either the laptop has dust visible in the holes on the bottom or sides/back, you could consider getting it cleaned. I wouldn't recommend cleaning it yourself but rather see if a local computer repair shop is willing to clean it for you.

Something that helped me in the past when I'd play a game on a laptop and it overheated: I'd set up a small fan next to the vent. The fan helps the PCs internal fans to cool down the hardware, preventing overheating and even the PC shutting down, which can happen if it's too hot

Indeed. I had my laptop cleaned as mentioned and it still Burns while playing Planet zoo. I measured a temperature of 90 degrees celsius 😳. But apparantly it is normal.

Yeah it is sadly, the downsides of a laptop is graphically intensive games will make the laptop hot, 90c is generally nothing to worry about but as long as it stays there and not over 100c. I've had a cheap laptop where I played 'the long dark' where it occasionally reached over 100c and actually shut itself down to prevent major overheating issues.

There are a couple tweaks you can make to the laptop to prevent overheating too much such as changing the processor power management (online guides for tweaks like these) which intentionally lower performance to prevent hardware inside the laptop from getting too hot. Lower performance isn't really what the majority of planet zoo laptop players want however.
