A. “Skull guy” doesn’t exactly look like a female individual with a thin body(which is how Seo has been described in the past). Also not very in-character, if they are behind the signal. Which, at this point, is very possible.

B. Possible… but somewhat unlikely. Is more likely to be on the Testament in the middle of nowhere(Frontier’s lore pocket) right now.

C. Uhh… I guess? There’s certainly no points to make for or against here.

(Still holding open option D of ‘totally normal human that has not been messed with by Thargoids’.)

If they're behind the signal, why are they, apparently, helping save the unaffected?

My view on that subject is - it might look like ‘saving’ to a panicked individual who is getting chased by a murderous maniac, when it could just be them disposing of a potential threat. Or it’s some sinister stuff about leaving those who are - possibly - not affected by the signal alive for… something.

Another possibility is that they were looking for something on that outpost, and either arrived when the signal went off, or specifically set it off to get to whatever they wanted easier. Apparently, it first started in the command center, if I interpreted what little timeline the logs provide correctly.

Either way, kinda don’t think it’s Seo.

You can by plugging the recordings into your audio player in game. itll give you the exact length of the recording.

Well, the whole point of the "judge" was to sort out those who would kill to save themselves, from those who would not, if I recall correctly, so... :p

Still think it was unfair to the surviving guy last year, who clearly acted in self defence. :7

I still think this was a self-made statement designed to conceal their true goals from the victims as well as the onlooker.

Wycherly was many persons throughout his long life. At first, he was Caleb Wycherly, nicknamed "The Witch" by his subordinates (which he adopted, as it conveniently concealed his true identity). Later, during the time of those experiments that made Seo to what she is now, he shifted his name again to "Salvation", as he, in a fit of megalomania, started to believe that he's the only one who could save humanity. And now he possibly trades under the name of "Nemesis"...

Grey Swans sounds like some reactionary force designed to deal with known dangerous events which are possible but unlikely to occur ( black swan theory).

Maybe not today. It’d be quite boring if this became another of those arcs that is started and then left to ferment for far too long. But it sounds like there’ll be more in the near future.
