connecting Frountier account

When I am trying to connect my Frontier account to the PSN the log in on the PlayStation always says that the password I'm putting in is wrong! Even though I am using the same password that I have been using to log in on my PC. I do not know why the PSN is failing to connect my current Frountier account.

Hi there!
I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty linking these accounts.
If you haven't already done so, please could you pop us over a ticket (via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new ) so we can look into this with you?
Thank you :)

What Issue type do I choose? I don't see anything regarding connecting, only account unlinking.
Hi there!
There should be a choice in the dropdown list for 'Account Issues', which should be fine in this instance. Any of those dropdown choices will come through to us regardless though :)

@MickyG1982: I figured I'd not resign up with a brand new account if I could use an account I already have and not loose any progress I have made.
Can I not link my current PC account with the PlayStation Network?

If you played that account on PC, i'm not sure that's possible or if they will help you with this.
An account played on a platform will be stuck k on that platform (PC, PS, XB). And moving an account from a platform to another is subject to a migration process which works in a certain way (only credits value of assets, nothing else) if you do it PC >> Console in a much better way (full copy process)

So, if on PC you can link your Frontier account with either Epic or Steam and log in that Account using Epic or Steam platforms, you cannot simply do the same with a console account and link it with a PC account that has a PC save played on it

Thank you for your very complete reply. I am not interested in migrating to another platform, but if I was your answer would be very helpful.

No, your PC account is completely different from the PlayStation account. 2 very different versions of the game that are not compatible with eachother in any way.

In short, it will need to be a unique account & any progress made on it will not be reflected in the PC version.
