Good armor on that Crusader ship, I'd say. Why did Johnny turn off the shields in the hangar, though? I don't quite get it.
Around space station, the armistice zone does not lock ship weapons. That's only a thing at planetary cities. I'm not sure about outposts.(What's up with armistice? And did they shoot you out of your ship??)

The station's ineffective turrets might start firing missiles in your general direction but they usually can't reach inside a hangar. With a bit of luck, a NPC security Gladius is around and does a little dance-and-shoot routine.
It looks like the Corsair was impounded and stored by unseen NPC pilots because it was loitering above a landing pad. It was a different, kinder time, back then, in 29xx. Only a 5k fine, no deadly laser turrrets inside the hangars.
