While I agree on the Hans Gruber thing, I find it sad that people always forget about the other christmas movie... It's not Christmas until Riggs has beaten up Gary Busey on Murthaugh's lawn.
Or the Gremlins take over the cinema.
It's not Christmas day without a war movie... (Usually starring John Wayne)

Mission to find Santa Clause's hideout where a Panther Clipper is undergoing final construction.
The little green Elves need some materials / commodity to finally complete the work (CG).
The ship is finally completed (hopefully) and goes on sale complete with a bright red and white paintjob
