back to the black

well I've seen enough of the bubble, people (including npc's) everywhere! the first leg will get me out a little over 10,000 ly where an explorer starts to feel comfortable. no goals this time, just find something different and hopefully unseen or discovered. as I traverse the stars I feel a certain peacefulness come over me and the feeling of solitude enamores the soul with the galaxy. their are probably few who truly understand my sentiment, but those who do, do.

I set out a few weeks back to log a recently found 'missing' tourist beacon up near Odin's, one thing led to another and im now not far off Beagle :ROFLMAO:
I do love the peace.

im following the colonia bridge to colonia attempting to top up on trit from the mega ships so arriving in colonia ill still have a full load.but a lot of the stations are on lock down, o well managed to find a few bio and geo,and will have plenty of trit to go on a lot further ,but i have no missions or goals and like op said nice to get out the bubble.

Hey stop pinching my Tritium! I am traveling the opposite way doing exactly the same, just keep in mind the stops with large orbitals will usually have several thousand Trit in stock, in fact Vladmir McDougal's Triumph had over 5,000 Trit when I stopped there on my way back, builds up about 800 per day, so if you are short just do a few local jaunts over a couple of days and keep filling up!

not finding much at the momement.lot are on lock down, good luck 07.

Yeah, but you usually only 60 or 70 from the systems with just Megaships, every now and then 100+, so far I have picked up around 10k Trit from the trip, currently FC in Rohini and I am about 1kly away so I will find out how much they have when I get there. Yes a lot of the systems with just Megaships tend to get caught up in lockdowns which is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker as far as the Trit is concerned.

off topic i came here for the engineer mel brendon,as he has g5 fsd intridictors,i have g4 BUT left in the bubble lol,on the hunt for 4a one have do it all again.as 60 hrs and 24 million to transfere is not happening in my book, probaly would had do it again anyway as engineers dont work to-gether.

I've been building up resources for a return trip to Colonia over the past few months. I'll be taking my primary and secondary commanders there. Both have a few engineers to obtain pins from, as well as one Python each. I'll be taking about 10K tritium in case I want to return to the bubble after, but I'll probably keep going once my business is complete.

The black has been calling me for a long time. I should probably answer.

long journey to answer a call but good luck.trit isnt in great supply so 10+k will do fine there and back, but a little xtra helps incase,im always on the safe side, enjoy youre trip, ru you going to follow the bridge route or fc route plotter.07

I'm going to pick an interesting (random) spot about halfway between, and plot a route via spansh.co.uk. I'll scout ahead to each carrier waypoint with my primary commander, getting all the valuable discoveries I find on the way. Once I reach each waypoint, I'll pick a good spot, and call in the carrier. Upon it's arrival, I'll sell all the data and continue to the next waypoint.

This method takes lots of time, but it will ensure upkeep won't be an issue. Also: once I leave the main bubble, I won't be buying tritium again. Both of my commanders have well equipped mining ships, and I don't mind taking weeks to fill up as needed. I see no reason to rush, I'll be out there for the journey, not the destination.

well, about to clear the sanguineous sector and hit 1100 first footfalls and broke a billion on this trip so far, 4 days of casual exploration using a hauler (off the carrier) enjoying just seeing what's out here (2nd trip toward kepler's) found a few new bio's, that I haven't seen before. there's nothing quite like exploring when there's no set schedule for the trip.

made it back to the bubble to refill the carrier, hang around for about a week and then gtfo back to another section of deep space. there is so much out there that you just can't see around the bubble (within 5000 ly), some different bio's, planets and even in the far reaches of space there are goid sensors laying around on distant planets.

just on my way back from colonia trip there got a few bios all the engineers in the game now ,using trit now for a run around but 30 jumps back to home base, good luck 07.
