Some local PMFs "leaders" are so obsessed and stubborn with the idea of putting their name on top of some systems that they don't realize how futile it is. There are no rewards waiting for them, there are no new missions arriving... 99% of BGS attrition situations are nothing more than a waste of time. Unfortunately, with the current framework and game mechanics, Powers are not given much choice other than having to intervene in the local BGS micro-management and, consequently, waste more time.
The even more absurd thing is that these situations seem to repeat themselves often (dog chasing its tail?), even when the opportunity and the path is left to such PMFs to go elsewhere [

Canis Majoris (hmmm seems that the preparation vote went a little further lol) while for those looking for combat merits is the granny Torval expansion in Bevan's Hope.

3-WHERE TO GET HAULING MERITS
You will find hauling targets for Fortifications in our Discord Server, for Preparations >>>GUNAYEB<<< and any spare materials can be safely delivered to >>>PANDINUS<<<.
Please even if they are not the most easy targets do not overfortify already (100%) fortified systems (this doesn't offer any advantage to the systems), stick to our planning and possibly contribute for your quota early in the cycle.
4-BACKGROUND SIMULATION
The Kumo Crew only supports these governments: CONFEDERACY, COOPERATIVE and COMMUNISM.
And no, we do not support Anarchy government type (it's about game mechanics and not giving our tasty Rating 5 bonus to everybody). Bottom line: all our CMDRs with Rating 5 have the whole Archon Delaine's domain at their disposal, not risking any security/bounty/fine constrains (even in ground operations!). 4a - LOOKIN' TO ADOPT A PMF?
If you are looking to manage and build up your own "player managed faction" (PMF), feel free to contact us as we have identified a number of Archon Delaine's favourable "abandoned PMFs". Some of them are in control of a bunch of systems, others have only their HQ and hence they have to start everything from scrap. We encourage and support cooperation with players' groups within our space, when our interests match.
