How to use 1 x 2m wallpaper billboards?

Help! The wallpaper billboards crop my images no matter what I do. The image I'm trying to use was resized to 256 x 456 but it's still cropped. I'm trying to use the 1m x 2m board, but the 4m does it too.

Is it a png image? Because i had that with png aswell. maybe try saving it as a jpg, that worked for me atleast

Oh thanks! I'll give that a go, at the moment I'm using a workaround, which is to make an image in Canva, then save it in two halves in Paint, then stack two 512 x 512 boards on top of each other. It looks ok but it's a real hassle!
