Not sure who to speak to or where to ask ? Is there any chance that the arx store in legacy can have all the paintjobs for sale ? Many are date limited( midnight black malevolent Christmas ) some were twitch rewards . As these are already in game on legacy it would just be a case of "switching" then on ? It may garner a few extra buys in the arx store .

Just opened an old alt Legacy account, the prices went up there too.
Of course it did. There is only one Arx store, and it shows prices without the need to login. AFAIK, there are no Legacy exclusive paint jobs. They'd have to do a complete Live/Legacy split of the Arx store. That would mean further development for Legacy, which isn't going to happen.
I thought there was a separate one for Consoles ? We don't see the new stuff and have to go to a console store for Arx , not that many legacy players will fork out for years old meh paint jobs now
I think that's the point. If one is content with legacy then they're also likely to be content not spending much more on it. Though of course, having legacy there for some nostalgic trips for current players is a nice thing to have available too.
Why spend more for stuff that's at least 2 years old and apart from the odd one or two pretty meh ? Legacy is still busy and I'm sure there would be players willing to part money for some good paintjobs ??

In my mind, they've no expertise left in the ED dev team regarding Xbox/PS, why keep a Dev position for something that they've ceased all work on? Maybe the staff that could work on it have been moved to other games or "rationalised" to the Cambridge job centre..
The store is the same iirc - just accounting is different since you access the store from the console directly
I noticed yesterday on the Xbox store there's a great big gap at the top where the python 2 is listed on the pc store.
And typically there's options to show prebuilt ships but is empty when selected.
