I think that's a reasonable idea as well. Of course, the main thing would be how much work the Pallas Cat would be from the Sand Cat, but we were in a similar place with the Red Deer from the Fallow Deer I assume.

Its okay i guess. Definetly among the better anniversary carnivorans. Ocelot would also be an option to get it out of the way for a potential LAT animal pack
I wouldn’t particularly be a fan. But a free animal is a free animal
If it has to be one of the "essentially a replacement for a basegame animal" type of animals id much rather have something like the asiatic lion or sumatran orangutan, as those would benefit alot more from it in my opinion
As free animals, they'd be fine. I think a second zebra would be great. a third tiger not so much but it is the one that's commonly held. I mean, here I am asking for not one but two more bears when we have 7 in the game already, so clearly I'm not opposed to similar animals for the anniversary.
To be honest, I would prefer other animals that add something more. A second tropical Asian tiger or a second grassland African zebra are less interesting for me than an American flamingo which adds a second flamingo but for different continents, for example. However, I wouldn't complain since any free animal is to be appreciated
Except for the lemur (which was the first one) the other two anniversary animals have been animals that were highly requested at the time. I would expect something we have been asking for rather than a random straight up clone. A asiátic lion might be a choice though.

Then you can give an around the world pack with just coati and a monkey and i would happy and content with no more SA animals for the rest of the roster picks.
Sumatran Tiger is among the top on my wishlist! Grevy's Zebra I also wanted... This late in the game, however I agree that other continents and/or types are more important to fill. So on a selfish perspective I'd be thrilled with either even though they're far from essential.

Yeah these two would be perfect for Anniversary.
The Black Swan would be amazing. Want them in my tasmanian Zoo and already built a Enclosure for them. We need more Waterfowl anyways

Maybe after they flesh out some other continents first. With the build limits on console, I can make multiple African zoos and never use the same species twice, AND we haven’t even got the Africa pack yet, meanwhile I have every North American animal in 1 zoo. I would also prefer some more South American animals, particularly monkeys before I see yet another African species.
