Someone is so concerned over those concerns, they felt a need to clarify that CIG can make any game they want, because, by definition, Star Citizen includes every game, better than any other.A tsunami of cash is coming with SQ42!
From a product that was removed from the CIG store more than a year ago and it is not even on sale!

Friendly reminder: all SQ42 sales will be 100% profit for CIG, considering we backers paid for its development... - Star Citizen Spectrum
So my question, what is CIG's plan for the tsunami of cash that will come with SQ42 sales? The answer better not be 'profits'. I genuinely don't know how crowd funded products deal with income...robertsspaceindustries.com

(Munchies is an odd believer in that they preach CIG is actually making The Oasis etc. and that CIG's fabulous tools are going to make every other game developer obsolete)![]()
Addressing recent 'Concerns'. Star Citizen 1.0 - Squadron 42 and beyond. - Star Citizen Spectrum
All funding is for all of the project, all work done for features in the same game engine (Star Engine) are for all of the games and addons to come. They have all been made to work in Star Engine....robertsspaceindustries.com
I predict [SQ42] will be the most live streamed and recorded for social media game in history.

That's not how procedural generation works, do you even understand game development? What happens if you repeatedly drop your tray to get another helping of procedurally generated fried eggs, only to discover there are only four iterations, and two of those are mirrored?

Some of the cultists actually think that Squadron 42 IQ will sell tens of millions of copies when it is released.A tsunami of cash is coming with SQ42!

It seems that the ship physics does not like the new faster elevators

To be fair - the elevators were broken well before this patch https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/star-citizen-discussion-thread-v12.548510/post-10409019

Lots of truth bombs in there:
I'd truly love to test this patch but with all the server errors, client crashes, 30ks, and bugs, this patch has been nearly impossible to play for longer than 5-minute intervals. Slow the feature creep and work exclusively on bug fixes. We don't need 10,000 new features if we can only play for periods of 5 minutes before bugs erase our progress or make a task practically impossible. I understand new features keeps everyone's chubby a bit stiffer so as to open up their wallets, but this methodology is not sustainable. Ever newer ships being released when existing ships are in dire needs of a gold pass is a clear testimony to new money being prioritized over existing customer loyalty. I really hate to be this way, because I have had high hopes for SC for nearly a decade. I am truly impressed with what CIG has accomplished from a technology standpoint, but my God, constantly pushing for newer at the expense of making what already exists even better, is poor long-term planning and lends itself more towards Pump-And-Dumb tactics. This is just my opinion and will most likely be criticized by the CIG altar boys/girls, but I've read enough chat comments and YouTube comments to know that this is a common thread amongst many that are losing their faith in CIG. And to be clear, this is not against the programmers at CIG but towards management.
Yup - Ship Showdown - Free Fly as well
