Here is my very very optimistic guess 
Let's start with the fact that if it really is the last pack, I think it has to be bigger and cover all the continents. With that said:
1. Tree Kangaroo
2. Blackbuck
3. Palla's Cat
4. Hamadryas Baboon
5. Secretary Bird
6. Alpine Marmot (just because I wanted to put something for Europe)
7. Walrus
8. Mallard or Wood Duck (for the sake of having a duck)
9. Coati (I don't care which species)
10. Black Howler Monkey
11. Patagonian Mara (or Spectacled Bear)
12. Exhibit: Panther Chameleon
I know we will never have 12 species with only one exhibit and with such a line up but I want to dream.
Note: if the Tree Kangaroo really makes it in the game, I hope modders will be able to use the model to create the Sulawesi Bear Cuscus :3

All we know is that it's an Animal pack. So far that has been 8 species, or 7 species and some scenery.
It could be about 50% larger based on 2 of 3 finales (assumed to be 12 species).
The assumption the game is ending soon has dominated conversation since the beginning of the year, maybe earlier. The game is less than a year old on console, so I wouldn't be surprised if PC continued, with the intent of getting more money from Consoles down the line (Console can't have mods, so it invites a lot of near redundant stuff).
Just to be interesting (or live in denial), I'm going to play like it's not the last DLC, and being a year since Oceania, I'm going to bet on an Islands theme:

Not saying they are confirmed but because of the dictionary increasing their likelihood I’ll say baboon tree roo and Secretary are safe.

If you think about it 2 primate isn’t impossible, we always get 1 per year so think of the second one as a farewell gift on top of the regular one.

Well we won’t know if they were leaked until the dlc actually comes out, they may have just been cut from previous dlc or added to the dictionary for other reasons

I'm going to say 12 habitat animals with animals from every continent other than Antartica. The exhibit animal will be something like multi-colored budgies, just to unofficially give the modders something to play with while waiting for pz2.the king cobra will come as a final aniversary farewell.
