I've not finished downloading it yet but I'm hoping the Earth model considering rising sea levels and the like, global warming too, maybe not polar ice caps, people living on Antarctica and so on

Really? You must really be kidding or lacking imagination. I don't want to play because it's a complete waste of time, knowing that everything I do will count for nothing. I doubt I will even touch the game before the 16th Dec now. I suspect most smart people will do the same

I wonder what baked Greebles are though?

That happened with the Eagle as well. We were told a few weeks ago that would be fixed in the next update. It can be very annoying when you are attacked, deploy your weapons and watch your shields disappear due to a lack of power.

The launcher download speed indicator is highly inaccurate. Use a third party tool to see actual download speeds

Yeah 0.20MB/s as of 90% - it hurts, make it stop ... I mean no no, don't stop! You know what I mean

Greatly reduced the execution time for the texture generations in all planet types

So this should hopefully resolve the lag spikes when approaching planets?
