reaction time on demand for cargo by npc

after all theses years, i still can't react to that give me bla in 15 secounds ... why not 30, or a minute.

got a grafik glitch relogged, and died ... wasn't even awar of that ing message. wasn't even prepared to fight back, because i was leaving the area, before someone ask. got me cold, got me in 5 sek. back to square one.

pls frontier, it's just a minor change, give the slow players some reaction time.

The only reactions should be fight or run. Either one only takes a second to initiate. Fiddling with the right panel to give in to a pirate takes entirely too long.

i know my english isn't the best, but did you even read what the cause of death was? The Game grafik glitched out, screen blanked, rebootet game, and before i even could react to anything back into the instance and rearanging the ship a T9 i got attacked by an npc that demaned cargo. The 15 Secound are to short, they where to short when i started this game, they are to short now. you are not a fast responder when you mine for houres in peace in a ship slow as a 35 km/h moped.

All i would like is a responce time of 30 secounds or a minute, this is not mutch, i can still run, i did it for many years, outrun demanding NPC. it's not that big of a deal when you are prepared, but not when you just started the f. instance after an annyoing glitch.

NPC pirates are terrible.

We (human pirates) give much more time.

We teach haulers how to abandon cargo in many cases.

We teach haulers how to reboot and repair their damaged modules.

We help haulers in case NPC pirates come to disrupt their business.

We can even engage other players who are potentially disrupting our piracy business.

We just ask for some cargo in exchange.

Be kind with a human pirate, and you'll get best help out there.

Yes, I read it completely. You left out important details, and I responded to what little you did provide. There's a big difference between "got a grafik glitch relogged, and died", and "The Game grafik glitched out, screen blanked, rebootet game". The first sounds like an excuse for a combat log, the second obviously needs to be communicated to tech support. They may have restored what you lost if a game crash caused such loss.

I still don't see how a longer timer would have changed anything.

While there're a lot of flaws with how NPC pirate operates, in this case it seem like your horrendously bad ship build is the main problem. If you, as an experienced player, are flying a ship that can be taken down by a NPC in 5 sec, your ineptitude is the real issue.

thats the point, longer timer on demand, would not been a total los of days work. and to clarify it futher, there was no combat before i need to alt+f4 the game, i don't cry about the los of some cargo or my ship, it wasn't the first xD and will not be the last time. all i want is a at least 30 secounds respone time to an NPC give me your cargo thread. when you log in to a astroid belt or mining side, because the game does something you didn't count in. so have a nice day and fly save cmdr o7

and your take brings what to the dissuction? that i fly a big paperplane, that cost me nothing to mine some stuff. xD i don't take that ragebait.

Entering a mining area anywhere near the bubble always spawns NPC pirates. NPC pirates will always attempt to scan you, but they move on if you don't have any commodities. If you have commodities onboard, they will demand it. No response means they will take it by force.

If you alt-f4, it can take the servers several minutes to realize you aren't connected. The game continues until the server catches up. An extra 30 seconds would not have helped one bit.

You chose to enter a mining area with a weak ship carrying cargo. That's not something Frontier should be expected to fix.

That's not "ragebait", it's the truth. You expect Frontier to adapt because you refuse to. That's not something they should fix.

Wyveres has already answered for mes so I'm just going to point out that that it obviously cost you something to mine in a paper plane. Otherwise you wouldn't be here complaining about it.
