We dont know

However, we do know that ED:Odyssey is using a DX11 version of Cobra engine that is not able to use DLSS/DLAA
We also know that JWE2 is using a DX12 version of Cobra Engine and it features DLSS and DLAA (JWE2 was actually a featured title when NVidia announced DLAA)

It's possible that it could still be a newer version but due to some dependencies they still have to export it to DX11? Though that is pure speculation on my part.
