Archon (The King™) bonus balancing

1) Black market bonus needs upping considerably. The 30% that is in game now is really like 10% because BM take cuts beforehand. If you want crime to pay, then make that bonus really tempting considering the effort to get stolen goods in the first place. Put it up to something crazy like 200% please.

Otherwise, how does it compare to exploration or exo data levels of reward? Or bounty hunting? Its really pathetic when some powers have multiple bonuses that really pay off.

2) Delaines -100% bounty reduction

This is bluesky thinking but hear me out.

-100% worked well in the old PP for BGS work, but in PP2 its..not super useful- just fun. In PP2 it does not cover fines either, so the usefulness is even less.

If you are going to keep Powerplay 2 C+P as it is (where undermining can be done via blowing up NPCs) perhaps the bonus should be lowering bounty's against you anywhere? So rather than 100% in your own territory what about say, 50% at tier 100 everywhere? Or that it allows bounties to be paid off regardless of notoriety? So in effect Delaines underworld contacts spread out like a real kingpin? You could limit this affect to any system with a black market perhaps- reinforcing the shady nature of it all.

The issue is that lawful activities always pay the best, when they should pay lower but be 'steady'. Crime should be a shortcut to riches and merits, at a significant cost (notoriety, bounties etc). If FD want to get us all out of the meta rare trades shell, they need to dangle a different carrot....
 
The only problem in buffing smuggling profits is the hauling mission abandons being instrumentalized for bgs (and now possibly PP 2.0) for extra contribution, I'm not even looking at a "but the monies" argument point for obvious ways to make money nowadays.

I'd be more for the way pirating is done buffed/have reasonable time spent to make it worth, or something that gets rid entirely of mission abandons before smuggling would get a buff on profit %

And to be fair... calling smuggling not safe is right, but also a meme of unsafe. 6500 hours here, literally never got caught smuggling.
