You can only visit there (you unlock the permit) when you have an Elite rank in something. ShinDez was open to all for 2 weeks during an event a few weeks ago, but that's it.
That is obviously a Thargoid attack...

Of course - it's just like a child's dessert stomach: Even when the servers are totally borked and overloaded, even if their hard drives have all imploded and the backup server is offline, they still somehow have enough spare capacity to charge you money.

Damn it, I had missions I was going to complete before bed tonight. One second they're "good" the next second they're "down". It's frustrating.
Scanned planet, screen in top right in big letter saying "Data corupted, try again". I went to the planet since it had 7 biologicals, mapped the planet and when I went to land the planet turned into a permit locked planet. Here was me thinking I might of found Raxxla and it was just the servers dying.
Yeah, for around 2.5 seconds. It said the servers were good around 5 minutes ago, but I still couldn't log in.
