Not for all.. some of our players haven't got them yet. I'll note its been reported as a bug on the bug tracker and Fdev is "confirming" it.
To be clear, "Confirming" on the bug tracker does not mean "Frontier is Confirming the bug".
"Confirming" means "This bug needs ten other accounts to submit a 'can reproduce' comment in the next month or so", or it will change to Expired state.
If it does get the 10 comments, it goes to "Confirmed" state, and at that point Frontier look at it to see if it's a real bug and move it to Acknowledged if so.
I still do not have my 'assignments' for this week. I pledged one of my alts a couple of days ago. I also did not see where or how to claim my weekly 'paycheck'. Do we have to claim it? Is it auto added to our credit balance? I checked the codex and my journal logs and I am not seeing any entries for it...

Also of note is https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/67545 , which was a surprise to me too today when I looked at some of the systems I'd been working on to find the effort was for nothing. Think I'll stop working on powerplay until they do some patching.

It's very quietly auto-added, so far as I can tell. No message, no journal entry, I just had 10M more this morning than I did last night.
Yes, journal entries seem to be missing for a number of powerplay activities. Nothing logged when you collect your care package materials either.
I just can't complete mine.

I'm guessing we can't do the "sell exploration data" for the weekly tasks with the current moratorium on selling exploration data. At least it didn't count at all for me.
That moratorium has ended roughly six hours ago. They only count data collected from now on though.

Me neither. It's been about 14 hours now , so i highly doubt it's just a case of "takes a while for the server needs to update"
.Some players have been telling me the work-a-round is to "leave power" and then immediately "re-pledge" again , and somehow that prompts the server to grant Weekly Assignments again ( because whatever code they fixed last nite during maintenance , is also the same code that broke previous crossover into 2nd week of Weekly Assignments ) .
Can anyone confirm this method works? And all prior merits remain intact as well? ( but i'm guessing my RANK would need to be re-grinded up again? )

So , amazingly, somehow , mine eventually just magically appeared about an hour ago. Basically, i took off in OPEN-mode and hyperjumped about 5 times , then entered a 'compromised nav beacon' instance , then battled some red WANTED ships for like 30 minutes ( team/grouped ) until for some reason the game crashed-to-desktop ( both of us ) , then i relogged and we re-grouped and continued destroying red WANTED enemy ships for a couple hours. Then, my buddy had to logout , so the group disbanded and i kept fighting solo for abit within same beacon instance until i ran out of ammo.
Then, like a newb, i accidentally rammed into some "friendly" NPC ship and got a 400 credit FINE lol , so i headed to the nearest station in-system and "turned myself in" for 400 credits. Then, i got auto-transported to a "Detention Center Carrier" . .....and..... THEN, for whatever reason, the server decided to update/sync itself and my new set of 5 Weekly Assignments FINALLY showed up in Transactions panel-1 phew !
Very odd coding , in my opinion , but maybe it's just because the developers are messing around with adjustments during this beta beginning 1st couple weeks of PP2.0 phase and things are just lagging way behind with calculations or whatever. /shrug
