Hi can anyone help? Purchased the deluxe edition on the Ps5 but the vintage rides are not in the game. It says the vintage pack is purchased but doesn't seem to download. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought the deluxe version for PC only to find out playing that I don’t have access to any of the graphical settings and the game looks pretty bad without all those shadows and details.
So then after I go to buy it on Xbox which the performance is better but now I don’t have access to the bonus rides. so I’ve bought the game twice and still can’t get everything I was paying for.
