Is there such a thing on Elite forums? There's always one that has to gripe!Numbers?
There's me thinking for once we had a happy thread.

Fix the major bugs and I'll consider deleting my negative review. Fix the major and minor bugs and I'll consider nominating.View attachment 410493
Greetings Commanders!
Elite Dangerous is hurtling towards it's 10th Anniversary and it has been a truly out of this world journey along the way!
We've had planetary landings, alien invasions, a misguided scientist trying to commit genocide and so much more! With nearly a full decade worth of astounding content, stories and updates we're really proud with all that has come to pass with Elite Dangerous...And more is yet to come!
That's why we're asking for your nomination for Elite Dangerous in the Steam Awards 'Labour of Love' award!
Possibly because Frontier have more front than Brighton:Is there such a thing on Elite forums? There's always one that has to gripe!
Understand your stance but for some of us (me) i am happy that Fdev are getting more cash to throw at the game.
- Commanders expected to pay for new ships if they want them on day of launch (not much love there)
- ARX prices steep increase (not much love there)
I agree with many of your points but this one didn't bother me in the least. I'd agree with @Darrack; it's an innocuous way for them to make a little extra cash from those keen enough to be early adopters.Commanders expected to pay for new ships if they want them on day of launch (not much love there)
I missed this event - how big was the increase?ARX prices steep increase (not much love there)
The price of some cosmetics nearly doubled, but from my point of view they had been under-priced for a while.I missed this event - how big was the increase?
Again, if the costs are too high and the game doesn't make a profit then it's either Maintenance Mode or End of GamePossibly because Frontier have more front than Brighton:
Those are some of the reasons I'm not nominating, your milage may vary.
- macOS commanders were thrown out the game (not much love there)
- VR users were told no support in Odyssey (not much love there)
- Console owners were put into limbo after been told no Odyssey (some love there with the transfer option and legacy servers)

Agreed and its a great game but ignoring people who play for other reasons than Powerplay doesn't sit that great. I still voted because I have loved this game since I first tried it in a DK2 in Dec 2014 but really need to put stuff back in the lockers and data on the terminals in other areas of space for those that don't live and breathe Powerplay. It has been nothing but crickets from upstairs even though it is highly voted on in the tracker.Of course I've voted.

Although I do find some of the comments like 'You'll only get my vote in when X feature is implemented', or 'they put profit before the game' a bit churlish.
Look at your player stats and then work out how much you've paid for the content, and you'll probably find you've had a lot more value out of this game than you thought.
Of course they put profit as the priority. It's the game business, there are plenty of live service games that have gone under because the game didn't make the company any money (Concord being the latest example). Yes, some of those bugs are frustrating i.e. the VR orbit lines one makes me genuinely throw up, but I understand that if the game is to exist, there's only a certain amount of resource available until it becomes unprofitable, and that means certain things are going to get left behind.
I'd love an Angel investor (as long as it's not Musk or Bazos) to come in and say right, I'll invest X millions into Fdev if Eliteangerous gets On-foot VR, Ship Interiors and new Atmospheric planets, but it's not going to happen (unless I win the Euro-millions).

Should just need to be signed into Steam and hit the link in the OPI must be dumb....I've just spent over 15 minutes trying to work out how to vote and cannot work out how.
Yes, I have a Steam Account.
I'm using Firefox Web browser.
Can someone please advise a step by step on how to vote?
If it's obscure, or too hard, then people will just give up.
It might be easy for everyone here who have posted above, but it aint intuitive and I feel the OP should have either linked directly to the voting page, or included a how to.
Thanks
