General Gameplay imrpovement suggestions

1) Include option to 'call down' a vehicle from the ship vehicle bay when on-foot and stood in "blue cylinder" --- this saves the hassle of re-entering ship just to deploy SRV

2) Allow for cancellation of launch within a limited time window

3) Chat control - Correctly separate and synchronise "Local chat" and "System" and offer some controls over NPC 'spam' --- It should be possible to conversde with those in the same locality/instance separately from those in a more general systemwide area --- Actually, there's a wealth of usability lacking in the chat system at the moment. Allow direct-chat to be sent to those in History. Allow link to search Squad codex entry etc. for commanders' chat "profile"

4) Combat areas within stations - whilst I appreciate need to protect the NPC and access to traders/Taxi etc. I think there ought to be at least some space within a station that can feature combat. Guards could be present too. It would allow for a lot more player interactions with each other when on foot in station environments

5) Mission Reward options - the 3 different options are a good start, but how about more? For the "material" or "commodity" type rewards, maybe have a sshort list of options, such as "5 Datamined Wake Exceptions, 10 Graphene, or 10 Polonium" etc.

6) Always match wing/Team instances ( or as an option to enforce )

7) When fewer than xx squadmates are in same gamemode and location - Match squad instances (or as an option to enforce)

8) Local Radio broadcast - local bounties/faction news and status could be an audible loop [[ similar to the playable Galnet news ]] - but could be received whilst in supercruise etc.

Before the engineering/materials change maybe now not sure it is worth touching the code.

Too distracting for my taste.
