Pre-Built Ship Complaint and Suggestion

Okay, The ONE thing about prebuilt ships that drives me NUTS. The number of times that a pre-built module is put in a class size slot smaller than what that slot has capacity for. I mean, I'd love to have the 3e cargo rack that came with the base Cobra Mk V I just bought, but I DON"T want it in a class 4 slot. Seriously. Same with the Pulse lasers, esentially EVERYTHING outside of the Core Modules is put into a slot that is one size bigger than the module you guys are slotting into it. PLEASE FIX THIS! It's infurating to have to 'throw away' the 3 E cargo rack that I WANT to use, simply because I don't want to use a class four Optional internal slot for it.

If there is an available size 3 slot, you can swap them without wasting the module.

I would really like to be able to remove them without selling for 0 credits. Just a storage bin for me to put them back on if I want them later without having to do a whole sell/redeploy thing.

How? How do you move them from one slot to another?

Complaining is where it starts. The forum used to be full of threads about how 'hard' it was to get an Anaconda. Don't see those anymore.

You could also store all modules that infurate you and then re-apply them in a slot that you deem more correct. No need to throw anything away at all.

Hence the reason I complained to begin with, I didn't see a way to move them from one class slot to another. I've always done this by storing them.

That's not how pre-built ships work. I just got the mk5 the other day-- the only way to remove a prebuilt's modules is to sell them. They cannot be stored.
This is nuts, I've engineered the pre bought module, and have no choice but to sell it, no store option

Really annoying

It seems people are not aware there is a button to swap a module from one slot to another, without selling, without storing, without scrapping. Someone please do a screenshot and post it here. At least for optional modules such as cargo racks, or from one weapon slot to another, or one tool slot to another. - For the power plant it obviously would not work since you don't have a second slot for a power plant to install.
