Newcomer / Intro Where have I purchased these Missile Racks?

Feel like a total noob, hence I post here:

I totally forgot where I've purchased these Pre-Engineered AX Missile racks.

Yes they were a reward for some CG, but I clearly remember I opened them before, already had them when that CG was a thing. IIRC, they are pay-per-single-unit, I had to collect something from the Relic sites 'n all... but who is selling them?

Are they Sirius Missile Racks?
