Patch 1.2.2 is now live for Planet Zoo: Console Edition, which includes a number of fixes. Please ensure that you update your game to see these changes.

I can no longer load my zoo in franchise mode on Xbox console since the update it just hangs there.
Last save was 70% cap on building.
I tried reinstall the game, still the same.

What about the contraption bug? Does the family tree work again? Is the franchise market fixed?

Still having crashing issues on the PS5 when making a souvenir shop. Crashed twice in a row on me. I really want to build one. Back to Planet Coaster until the bugs get worked out.

Will the access to dlc animals for franchise mode be fixed soon? I live in Japan so bought the game and the season pass on my Japanese account to play on my main home account and I cannot access any of the dlc animals in the animal market in franchise mode.

Franchise mode runs like . Larger zoos (but still only <20% complexity) become unable to release, buy, sell or move animals and quitting to the main menu causes an infinite loading screen. Its literally faster to force stop the game and relaunch it entirely than waiting for the loading screen more than half the time I try to save and quit....why is franchise such a shiw and why hasnt Frontier said a single god damn thing about it?

I really don't know why Frontier acts like that, it's 4 month after release and the same , alongside other bugs they bring in with their "patches" are still here. No word about it. It was the same with Planet Coaster, it's a shame how they left console players behind.

Who and where do I contact in regards to getting a refund? Have Xbox One and mom purchased it for me, doesn’t run. It didn’t download so I should be able to get a refund, right?
