Ships Having trouble finding the Mandalay for in game credits.

I spent over an hour yesterday trying to locate a Mandalay for sale using in game credits but came up dry.
I was using Inara, which has always worked for me in the past, but this was sending me to stations that apparently had it 'minutes' ago but I couldn't find it there?
I was trying with a new(ish) alt character, so not well ranked but as far as I know no ranks are needed.

So, does anyone know of a place I can diffinately pick one up?

I'm assuming you ain't got access to shinratra.
Or if your pledged to a power not sure if stronghold carriers have all ships ?

Mandaley is an early access ship for now and the access to it in only available for Arx.

Once you buy it, you get the actual ship (in standard or stellar version, depending which package you buy) and also the ability to buy it in the Shipyards for Credits.

No, and there is no date given yet (same for Cobra Mk5). Initially it was thought EA is for 3 months (as that's what happened to Python Mk2), but Type 8 proved that not to be the case, so we it's even hard to speculate when it potentially might come out of EA.
