I noticed that some signage is displaying a mixture of brands. This one is for Chief Beef and Pizza Pen

I did wonder that Miss. As you said, is Pizza Pen a Chief Beef brand!?!?! But I decided to post it because the Chief Beef text is obscured. Looks totally like a mistake.

When you research Chief Beef, you also research Hot Dog Squad and Pizza Pen. You can also see the connection between the three shops by the similarity and their corporate design.

I really cannot remember the beef branding being on other in game products in the original game.

I didn't noticed it, too. I just can remember the plain pizza pen logo without the badge...

One more proof that PC2 is a sequel of PC1 instead of a "new game".

Sometimes it feels, that they just took the alphagame of pc1 to build pc2 on it.. same issues, same mistakes, same bugs .

It's very evident of this, and it's evident the game hasn't ever been in the same room as Planet Zoo or piggybacked off its improvements and progress and ideas, sadly.

I hope they can change that now, and start looking at what Planet Zoo has done so well and implement it into this game too.

PC1 had gulplee energy, soda, and slush. Cosmic cow had milkshakes and ice cream. Pipshot was juice and water.
