You had to release the barnacle commodities by zapping the inside of the barnacle with the power transfer tool, only possible on foot.

Maybe I didn't do everything, but the things I did were not related actions, much less required SRV.

I don't know what it's called exactly. You fly to the ledge, release the ship, activate the 3 things next to it and then pick it up in the center.how then did you get Contaminated Spire Refinery Compound to sabotage the Spiers

Performed, as I recall, and that was before the first Titan.
I think this mission had a 2nd part after a while, but I didn't do it, I thought it was boring.
