I was so excited and hopefull... Yet to once again be hit to the ground. Sorry for the negativety but Just as I feared...After this LONG wait and hoping for anything buildwise and water problem to be fixed.. Absolutely worthlees update for us builders. Not ONE new bulid piece or theme. After this long wait it just turned out as I suspected. Nothing!!! 0%!!! So frustrated right now. This is NOT what will get back players at all....A ride and a bilboard...

Please, for the love of god, can you confirm that you can now also just hold shift and click on multiple objects to multi-select, like on Planet Zoo, as this wasn't specified on the video? I'll cry if they for some reason didn't include this.

Currently you will still need to be in multi-select mode to select individual pieces.

Whilst we have said we are looking at options for new themes we have never announced these as part of Update 2. If you would like to see what is planned so far in our updates we have shared as much detail as we can at this stage in our Spring roadmap. The roadmap does not contain all of what is being worked on (We will have extensive update notes on issues and fixes for example tomorrow) and when we have more to announce for each update we will endeavor to share when we can.

Respectfully, I am shocked, confused and extremely disappointed to hear this. It goes without saying this creates unnecessary tediousness and inconsistency across Planet games, and is one of the more simple yet off-putting factors to players who aren't returning to this game.

I am trying to remain positive, and everything else looks absolutely fantastic. I am just stumped by this simple factor that's making it a pain to build has been omitted amongst all the other changes to the multi-select tool. I try to see things logically, and I'm rarely baffled, however with this I truly am.

Let’s keep the discussion civil please, people. We’re all human here. :)

Thanks for the update notes Paul! I’m super hyped to use custom audio again!

Are you realy surprised?

That they've included the ability to drag and select things without being in multi-select, yet we still can't shift+click to select multiple objects that I want to select without first going into multi-select, like you can on other planet games, yes I am truly surprised.

What I mean by that is that they have not made anything about it yet like so many other "simple" thigs they have not fixed.
What you may not know is that it might not be that simple. Game design and development is never just “copy and paste”. Sometimes things need to be tweaked or reworked and this can take time…especially when we’re talking about a game that runs on a completely different engine to the one Planet Coaster was built on in 2016.

While I understand the frustration behind certain features not being added to the game yet, what you all need to keep in mind is that there are far more important matters to address than path kerbs and the multiselect tool, such as general game stability and even things that have been long requested by the community (hence slide physics being worked on as the demand for this was huge).

We can live without the multiselect tool “working the way it did in Planco 1” for a little while longer…what we can’t live with is bugs, crashes and low performance.

But they have also fixed alot of things since launch. Just because they haven't fixed your issues, doesn't mean they haven't fixed issues with the game. They have and continue to do so.

They can't fix everything all at once, give them chance.....plus, you have not even seen the patch note fix list for today's update, yet you are declaring they haven't fixed anything. 😅

Just to confirm, you are on planet earth, right?

I mean come on!

I did not say nothing..I said nothing for my needs. To me my needs are of course the most important. For all others that got their needs fullfiled Im very happy for them. But then I am not the only one with "my" needs. ;)

Im not dumb..I know ALOT of work goes into things... But still I want to express what I would like to see happening. Simple or not.

Of course they are yes, but news flash and with all due respect, the world does not revolve around you. So you can make demands and stamp your feet all you want, it won't change a thing.

Other people may have the same requests for fixs as you yes. But you seem to warp the truth by declaring they haven't fixed anything, despite the game having some pretty big fixes and changes since launch. Then you seem to expect major additions that were never announced or promised for this point in time and proceed to kick off because additions that were not announced are not being added.

There is a joke there to made about fulfilling nee....actually, I just won't.
