Please let us toggle kerbs!

They added things, but also took things away that were very important. They need to add missing features back from the first game. No curbs on paths, and those curb pieces that block people from walking a certain way.

There are some fences that do the blocking.
 
Up. Super important to me and WHY would this not be a standard thing since it alwas have in all other Planets....Do dev even read and comment here???

I would like to make another +1 for this request.

I love the new pathing tool, however guests will walk through scenery that you place on the path/plaza. I always used a workaround where I place floor tiles on path's so it looks like a plaza, but the path's underneath go around the scenery.

When I can't turn off the kerb's this little trick doesn't work anymore as you can still see the pathing below because of the kerb's. So indeed, please give us a toggle :)

EDIT : I know my way is just a workaround, I can use the plaza tool as well. I just make the suggestion because we have many more floor textures then we have path textures :)

I tried the same thing and had the same problem, it looks tacky because of the kerbing.

In the end I just stick bins in the middle of everything to get them to walk around, unless they want to use the bin. Looks a bit strange sometimes but better than having the cims walking through everything or kerbs stuck up everywhere.
 
I Just hide the barriers under the surface. But the peps dont like them and acts a bit strange near them. But I STILL WANT kerbless paths. OF COURSE. I just dont understand how this is not in there. They actualy "missed" adding it or what?

Yeah they do act weird around them like they are annoyed? Am I just projecting or is this a thing?
 
yes, this would be great, but a workaround like mentioned (hiding the barrier fence or bin) works best. In the example you show above the path stamping tool should work for cleaning up that plaza right to the edge of all the obstacles.
 
I would love this feature too... 3 month after the release date, this game isn't finished.
Are the devs listening the community? There's more important things to fix than doing custom screens.
I'm really upset as I really love this franchise.

I felt like every feedback had myriad of ideas and wishes, but kerbs was the one thing all wanted as a toggle option, no implementation, confirmation or anything. Sorry, dead Frontier, you promised better communication, but i don't see it, all you did was release a road map and i read paul's name more often in the thread, but we want some dev insight's: why are toggle Kerbs still missing? If there is a reason, it is great but here i feel we are talking to a wall and one very very important feature is just ignored.

For me personal: What are you thoughts and ideas behind guest behaviour and park management? What is your vision for both systems? you are awfully vague about everything and miss the opportunity to sell/share your vision to me.

Totally agree... Kerbs first and listen to the community... all lights triggerable... I don't care your custom videos that make my game crash... Frontier come on
